We would recommend you to use this on a regular basis to lock the moisture of your skin.

  • Keep your body hydrated:

Just using hyaluronic acid to maintain the moisture levels of your skin is not enough. You also need to drink water in a large amount to keep your body hydrated. Drinking water can help to remove toxins from your body which can harm the health of your skin. So make it a point to complete your daily dosage of water. Drinking warm or lukewarm water will be more beneficial. Also, avoid drinking water just after you have had your meal as this can lead to tummy fat.

  • Use a sunscreen daily

90% of the wrinkles are caused due to the sun rays. Hence, save yourself from the UVA rays which can damage your cells. The UVB rays are one of the main causes of skin cancer. So a sunscreen can help you to get protected from these.

  • Don’t use too much makeup

Although you might get tempted to apply makeup everyday for looking good in college or office, too much usage of makeup on your skin can damage it. So, choose the days to wear makeup and don’t make it a habit. Give your skin some space to breathe.

  • Include more vegetables in your diet

Keeping your skin healthy also means eating healthy. So include more vegetables in your diet to obtain antioxidants from them. For example, natural ingredients like mushrooms are great for your skin too. They help to get rid of the free radicals which are harmful for the skin.

  • Increase the intake of Vitamin C

Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant which can also be referred as an elixir for skin. It helps to lighten the skin tone, prevent free radicals from harming the skin, prevent from sun damage and reduce the signs of ageing. You can use those moisturizers and creams which contain vitamin C.

  • Use a raspberry mask

Raspberries are delicious to eat but apart from eating they can also be used to make a skin mask.  Just grab a few raspberries and mix them with a spoon of honey. You can blend it together for a smooth paste. Apply it for 15 to 20 minutes and get a glowy skin. The antioxidants in raspberries will help to keep your skin healthy and young.
