Andy Rubin’s Smartphone: Essential is modular smartphone will start shipping in a few weeks. The full text of Rubin’s email was put out on Twitter; he said that Essential is going through “certification and testing with the multiple US and international carriers.” The smartphone comes with a price tag of $699. The phone looked better than Samsung Galaxy S8+, LG G6, and Apple iPhone 7Plus. Now, the phone only available in the US later it will be launched all over the world. The exact release date was not announced.
The email from Andy said:
I wanted to thank you for putting your name down for our first phone. We’ve been hard at work getting everything ready, and the good news is that we’re now going through certification and testing with the multiple US and international carriers.
You might be getting impatient to get your hands on your new Essential Phone (and I’m also impatient to get it to you!) but rest assured that you will have a device in your hands in a few weeks.

Essential Smartphone features:
The smartphone have5.7-inch QHD display with a resolution of 2560×1312 pixels. It is powered by a Snapdragon 835 processor, coupled with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. It is made out of the combination of Titanium and Ceramic materials. The camera features are 13 MP dual-rear camera, with the second lens being a black and white sensor. The front camera is an 8MP sensor that supports video recording in 4K.
No home button is designed instead of that fingerprint scanner was setup on the phone. The company is selling 360-degree camera add-on attachment separately that will cost $749 (or approx Rs. 48,437). The phone was attached via magnetic sensors.
